As official distributors of Verinox in Spain, we offer their JUNIOR universal oven, designed for small and medium-sized productions.
The JUNIOR oven offers great versatility, enabling different thermal treatments — dry cooking, drying, roasting, smoking and steam cooking — with thermal treatment uniformity and efficiency of ±1°C.
It is carefully insulated with a high thermal-efficiency expanded material and clad in AISI-304 stainless steel sheets, with a damask and satin finish. Its stainless steel rotors and shielded electric heating elements guarantee fast, uniform heating up to 180°C, and the oven includes a self-contained steam production system.
The control panel, with an integrated microprocessor, is an advanced, easy and reliable technological tool. Its functions include time and temperature indicators, current phase display, door/closure status, ventilation adjustment, phase-change configuration, pause programming, delayed start-up and memory of current values and functions.
