THIGHS CUTTER MOD. ST350

The ST350, a specialized rib cutting machine, could be the perfect choice if you are looking to launch a new product on the market or if you want to increase the value of your thighs. By cutting parallel to the bone, this machine obtains 2 valuable strips of meat, completely boneless, located next to the thigh bone. With this new product, the central piece containing the bone can be marinated and sold as a third product, or processed if the bone breaks. This versatility allows you to optimize the production process and obtain the best price. The blade is adjustable, allowing you to choose how much meat remains on the bone.
