The ST700TV fish skinner incorporates all the advantages of the ST700V professional skinner(10). Thanks to its large skinning area, smooth cleaning roller and efficient cleaning roller system, the ST700TV produces industrial quality skinned fish. With the handles positioned on the sides, different skinning depths can be achieved. The ease of disassembly of the machine facilitates quick and easy cleaning, allowing the cutting blade to be replaced with a traction blade, which significantly improves performance. It is precisely this versatility that makes the ST700TV a multifunctional machine, capable of processing various species of fish, in addition to skinning.

It can be used to carry out peeling on:
