SMOKE GENERATORS AND PRODUCERS
As official distributors of Verinox in Spain, we offer their range of smoke generators and producers, using wood sawdust or liquid smoke, designed to adapt to any smoking requirement.
The range is compatible with both Verinox installations and those of other manufacturers, regardless of size or production requirements, and includes semi-automatic and automatic models fitted with an electric control panel:
- Smoke generators fed with humidified wood chips (SKJ type)
- Generators fed with small wood-chip sawdust (SK2 type)
- Generators fed with humidified sawdust chips, sawdust flakes or wood flour (SK4N and SK6N types)
- Log-wood smoke generators (SKT type)
- Condensed liquid smoke atomisers (SKL1, SKL1S and SKLM types)
All models feature a closed-circuit system that prevents smoke emissions into the atmosphere, complying with anti-pollution regulations, and allow easy connection to any cooking and smoking system, including for typical and regional processes requiring one or more smoking stages.
Their structures are built entirely in AISI-304 stainless steel, with a satin and damask finish, fully insulated, and are complemented by a wide range of solutions for smoke recirculation, removal and cooling.
