AERIAL HAM SCALDING LINE MOD. SA EA 400 PAD

The SA EA 400 PAD aerial scalding line is designed for the surface disinfection of hams and shoulders after an initial drying stage, effectively eliminating bacteriological agents present on the surface of the piece.

The system performs a complete immersion bath using high-temperature oil or melted lard for a short period of time, ensuring uniform and controlled disinfection.

Hams or shoulders are hung by the operator and transported through an aerial conveyor system that automatically positions each piece for proper immersion.

Optionally, the line can incorporate an air sweeping system to cool the oil or melted lard adhered to the surface before unloading. Ham unloading can be carried out manually or automatically.
