OVERHEAD HAM SCALDING LINE MOD. SA EA 400 PAD

The SA EA 400 PAD overhead scalding line is designed for the surface disinfection of hams and shoulders after a first drying phase, effectively eliminating the bacteriological agents present on the surface of the piece.

The system performs a complete bath by immersion in oil or melted butter at high temperature for a short period of time, guaranteeing uniform and controlled disinfection.

The hams or shoulders are hung by the operator and transported by an aerial system that automatically positions each piece for proper immersion.

Optionally, the line can incorporate an air-sweeping system to cool any oil or fat adhering to the surface before unloading. The hams can be removed manually or automatically.
