MOULD CHARGING SYSTEM FOR PR AND PRT PRESSES MOD. ECOMOULD

The ECOMOULD system is designed to automatically load cured hams and shoulders into 500 mm long moulds after pressing with PR and PRT presses.

This system makes it possible to obtain a regular and homogeneous format, optimizing yield in slicing and diced ham applications.

After pressing, the product remains inside the press without being ejected. The mould is positioned on a support attached to the machine, located in front of the product outlet, and the rear cylinder automatically pushes the piece into the mould.

The system is complemented by a demoulding device that presses the product into the mould, closes it with the corresponding lid and allows the piece to be demoulded after the stabilization and freezing process.
