Format that allows pressing in the shape of a mini-ham.

MINI HAM FORMAT MOLD

Pressed in mini-ham format weighing 1 to 1.2 kg (depending on the format chosen and the weight of each mini-ham). Resulting from the cutting of a part of the cured ham prepared in a bar. The mold is made of polyethylene and the box is made of stainless steel. It can be adapted to any type P press.

Starting from the cured ham bar, it is placed in themold to carry out the pressing of the bar and itssubsequent slicing. The bar inside the mold is pressed from the upper part up to a fixed height, and then compacted by pressing from the rear part. At the end of the selected pressing time, the four blades are lowered, cutting the bar into four parts for mini-hamand one for the rest of the bar. At the end of the process, the knives and pressers return to the starting position, and the lower mold ejector is raised with the cut ham parts to be picked up by the operator. The operator loads the two double mini ham molds, places the piece inside each of them and presses the ham.The lower mold is closed and then pressed from the upper part. At the end of the time, the pressers return to the starting position and the ejector extracts and elevates the mini ham to be picked up by the operator.
