MINI HAM FORMAT MOULD

The mini-ham format system is designed to produce pieces weighing between 1 and 1.2 kg from previously prepared cured ham bars.

This solution maximises raw material utilisation and provides mini hams with a homogeneous format, ideal for new product presentations and commercial formats.

The moulds, made of food-grade polyethylene with a stainless steel housing, are compatible with P series presses.

The system performs a re-pressing and cutting cycle that divides the bar into uniform mini hams, with easy removal by means of an automatic ejector.
