The massaging and bleeding machine is designed for the continuous processing of hams, enabling uniform massaging and bleeding regardless of the shape or anatomical characteristics of each piece.
Its in-line operation ensures effective bleeding across the entire surface of the ham, thanks to the system’s adaptability, improving process quality and product consistency.
The combined massaging and bleeding action promotes faster and more uniform salt penetration and absorption, optimising the subsequent salting process.
The product is conveyed on a belt and passes under pressers made up of conical rollers with different diameters and inclinations, which adapt to the surface of each piece to maximise the pressure area.
The massaging system is based on oscillators that transmit pressure cyclically to the conveyor belt, ensuring continuous, efficient and controlled processing.
