MANUAL LARD APPLICATOR MOD. MANFAC-1

The MANFAC-1 manual lard applicator is designed for the application of melted lard and other coatings on hams, shoulders and sausages during the final curing stages.

Lard application helps reduce mite proliferation, minimize excessive product drying, prevent mould growth and improve the final presentation by providing a uniform and glossy finish.

The unit incorporates a heated system with temperature regulation and an integrated agitator inside the tank, ensuring homogeneous and constant lard conditions throughout the application process.

Application is carried out through a spray gun, enabling a completely uniform coating over the entire surface of the product.

Thanks to its integrated compressor and mobile structure with wheels, the MANFAC-1 can operate autonomously anywhere in the production area without the need for external compressed air connections.
