MANUAL HAM FORMING MACHINE MOD. FORM-VL AND FORM-1
The FORMA-VL and FORMA-1 manual forming machines are designed for ham forming after the salting stage, helping to standardise piece thickness and improve batch uniformity.
This process promotes more homogeneous drying and a more consistent commercial presentation, while reducing manual handling and optimising working time.
The ham is placed inside the forming chamber on a work platform. By pedal operation, pneumatic cylinders compress the piece against the mould, ensuring a uniform format.
The FORMA-VL version incorporates two pneumatic cylinders for upper and lateral pressure, while the FORMA-1 is equipped with one pneumatic cylinder for forming against the mould.
