This equipment is ideal to carry out an optimal glazing of fish, cephalopods and crustaceans, in a continuous and regular way, providing a high quality finish.

The glazing is carried out by immersion in a cold water tank and water curtain with water recirculation. Complete with conveyor with pushers, adjustable speed and automatic water temperature control to achieve the desired glazing percentage. Once the product is introduced into the machine, it is immersed in the water and a conveyor belt with electronic speed regulation and pushers moves it during the programmed time to its exit, where it is discharged through an ascending ramp.
