DEBONING TABLE FOR HAMS AND SHOULDERS MOD. PD
The PD deboning table is designed to facilitate manual deboning operations of cured hams and shoulders, improving ergonomics, productivity and workstation organisation.
It incorporates a dedicated platform with a pneumatic fixing system that keeps the piece stable during deboning and facilitates the operator’s work.
Its modular structure allows integration into lines with product infeed and outfeed conveyors, adapting to different plant layouts.
The unit can be equipped with knife holders and bag holders for collecting bones and rind, improving organisation and efficiency at the workstation.
