DEBONING TABLE FOR HAMS AND SHOULDERS MOD. PD
The deboning of cured hams and shoulders is an
operation done by qualified operators, which
represents a significant increase in manufacturing
costs. Our deboning table, adaptable to lines with
product reception and removal conveyor belts, offers
a work system that facilitates this operation,
considerably increasing productivity and reducing
final product costs.
The operators manually place the hams on the work
tables. These consist of a specific platform with a
pneumatic clamp to hold the piece while deboning.
At each work station there are two supports for bags
for collecting bones and skin, as well as a support for
knives.
