DEBONING MACHINE FOR THE EXTRACTION OF THE BRIDGE BONE AND SHOULDER BONE MOD. HP-E

The HP-E boning machine has been designed to fix and hold the ham or shoulder during the deboning process. The semi-automatic operation of the machine minimizes the effort of the operator in the process of deboning cured ham and shoulder.

The hams or shoulders are fixed with the help of a clamp-type support located on the work table and pneumatically operated, thanks to the help of a lever, it performs the stretching function allowing the operator to perform the boning with total freedom of movement and leaving the ham without the bridging bone and the shoulder without the scapula.
