DEBONING MACHINE FOR THE EXTRACTION OF THE BRIDGE BONE AND SHOULDER BONE MOD. HP-E

The HP-E boning equipment has been designed to fix and to hold the ham or shoulder during its boning process. The semi-automatic operation of the machine minimizes the effort of the operators in deboning the cured ham and shoulder.

The hams or shoulders are fixed using a clamp-type support located on the work table and operated pneumatically. With the help of a lever, the support performs the stretching function, allowing the operator to perform the boning with total freedom of movement, leaving the ham without the bridge bone and the shoulder without the scapula.
