DEBONING MACHINE FOR THE EXTRACTION OF THE FEMORAL BONE. OPEN SYSTEM MOD. HF-A

The HF-A deboning machine has been designed to fix and hold the ham during the deboning process. The semi-automatic operation of the machine minimizes the effort of the operator in the process of deboning cured ham.

The hams are fixed by means of two pneumatically operated side arms on the work table, allowing the operator to perform the deboning process with total freedom of movement and leaving the deboned ham in an open format.
