The HF-A deboning machine is designed to facilitate the extraction of the femoral bone in cured hams, allowing open-format deboning with improved ergonomics and operator comfort.

The unit incorporates a pneumatic fixing system with two side arms located on the worktable, which hold the ham securely during processing while allowing complete freedom of movement.

Its design provides easy access to the bone area and optimises deboning operations, reducing physical effort and improving productivity in cured ham processing lines.
