DEBONING MACHINE FOR THE EXTRACTION OF THE FEMORAL BONE. OPEN SYSTEM MOD. HF-A

The HF-A boning machine has been designed to fix and to hold the ham during its boning process. The semi-automatic operation of the machine manages to minimize the effort of the operators in the process of deboning the cured ham.

The hams are fixed by means of two side arms located on the work table, driven pneumatically, which allows the operator to perform the boning with complete freedom of movement, leaving the boned ham in an open format.
