DEBONING MACHINE FOR THE EXTRACTION OF THE FEMORAL BONE. CLOSED SYSTEM MOD. HF-C

The HF-C deboning machine has been designed to fix and hold the ham during the removal of the femoral bone. The semi-automatic operation of the machine minimizes the effort of the operator in the process of deboning cured ham.

Once the bridge bone has been removed and the ham has been gouged, it is positioned on the machine and the ham is blocked by two “arms” activated by the operator. The operator then cuts the ham following the position of the femur and, by means of two pneumatic side handles, "opens" the ham to allow easy access to the femur bone. Once this operation is finished, a pneumatic ejector pushes the bone to the outside.
