The HF-C deboning machine is designed to facilitate the extraction of the femoral bone in cured hams, allowing closed-format deboning with improved ergonomics and operator comfort.

Once the bridge bone has been removed and the trimming cut completed, the ham is positioned on the machine and fixed by means of manually operated holding arms. Two pneumatic lateral pullers then open the piece to facilitate access to the femoral bone during the deboning process.

Finally, a pneumatic ejector assists in extracting the bone outward, optimising operator work and reducing physical effort during processing.
