DEBONING MACHINE FOR THE EXTRACTION OF THE FEMORAL BONE. CLOSED SYSTEM MOD. HF-C
The HF-C boning machine has been designed to fix and to hold the ham during the extraction of the femoral bone. The semi-automatic operation of the machine manages to minimize the effort of the operators in the process of deboning the cured ham.
Once the bridge bone has been removed and the gouging has been gouged, the ham is positioned on the machine and blocked by two "arms" activated by the operator. The operator then cuts the ham following the position of the femur. With the help of two pneumatic side handles, "opens" the ham to allow easy access to the boning of the femur. At the end of this operation, a pneumatic ejector pushes the bone outwards.
