PRESS FOR BONELESS HAM MOD. P1-1RMI, P2-1RMI AND P2-2RMI
After deboning a cured ham or shoulder, it is necessary to shape the piece. Our exclusive pressing system performs a cyclical massaging and pressing, essential to achieve a better product, providing a homogeneous presentation and finish. The heads contain molds with stainless steel cases and machined plastic formats, robust and long-lasting. The great advantage of this model is its versatility, allowing pressing in conventional or rectangular format with a simple mold change. The system of interchangeable molds for different formats, without the need for tools, provides great ease in changing the format, as well as great flexibility.
Once the ham is boned, it is placed in the press mold. Simultaneously pressing two pushbuttons, by means of hydraulic operation, activates the cylinder that drives the counter-mold. This compresses the ham in sequential pressing and stopping cycles, allowing uniform compaction by distributing the work of the successive pressings throughout the piece. At the end of the process, a pneumatically driven cylinder ejects the product out of the mold.
