The FR-B1 frozen product block breaker has been designed to optimise the process of separating frozen product blocks into their different layers, facilitating further handling and processing.

The machine applies precise, uniform and controlled hydraulic pressure, ensuring efficient block separation without damaging delicate products such as fish and cephalopods.

Once the block is positioned, the operator activates the push-buttons, engaging the hydraulic cylinder which applies the required pressure in a safe and controlled manner.

Its stainless steel construction and design prepared for high humidity environments ensure durability, hygiene and ease of cleaning in industrial applications in the food sector.
