FROZEN BLOCK BREAKER MOD. FR-B1
The design and performance of the block breaker allows the separation of the different layers of the product that conform the frozen block. Its hydraulic operation achieves a precise, effective and accurate pressure that is delicate enough to avoid damaging fragile products, such as fish and cephalopods.
Once the workpiece is loaded, the operator presses the pushbuttons, activating the hydraulic cylinder that will exert sufficient pressure to break the block in an efficient and delicate manner.
