Manual and automatic cutters with electronic multi-cut for ham, bacon and other meats.

The automatic cutter was designed to achieve uniform cube cuts to get the highest yield from your product, using a completely automatic cutter system without any risk for the operators. The hams are placed on a conveyor belt, which feeds them into the loader. As it continues on, the ham passes through a reader that measures its dimensions. Then the ham will be cutted longitudinally (first step) and transversally (second step) finally passes out of the machine through the output conveyor.
