The ST600V fish skinner is exceptional for high-performance skinning and extremely delicate and precise work. This is achieved through its easy and versatile basic, adjustable and fixed configuration on a smooth roller equipped with a roller cleaning system. By combining these characteristics with the application of minimal pressure on the fillet, both tail splitting and possible damage to the internal or external structure of the fillets are avoided. As a safety measure, the blade has a fixed minimum adjustment, although it is still easy to adjust as needed. Dual infeed-outfeed belts and integrated transport belts give the machine the ability to sustain high-speed processing.
