AUTOMATIC HAM HOCK CUTTING MACHINE MOD. CCA-J1
To facilitate boning, it is necessary to cut the hock of the cured ham. In most cases, this operation is performed manually using a band saw. This machine is designed to perform this task automatically and continuously.
The cut is made inside the machine, protecting the operator from any risk of accident. It is equipped with a powerful saw that ensures a perfect cut of the ham hock. The machine is built as a single unit, forming a compact, enclosed module.
The ham is transported by a double stainless steel roller chain, driven by a geared motor and equipped with an electronic frequency inverter for speed regulation. The machine includes a ham detection system and, once correctly positioned, a pneumatic system secures the ham so the stainless steel disc saw can perform the cut. The operator manually places the ham on the conveyor, and the machine continuously carries out the hock cutting operation.
