AUTOMATIC HAM HOCK CUTTING MACHINE MOD. CCA-J1 CEXT

The CCA-J1 CEXT automatic ham hock cutting machine is designed to cut cured ham hocks automatically, continuously and safely.

The cutting process takes place inside the machine, protecting the operator and ensuring a precise, clean and uniform cut by means of a stainless steel disc.

The ham moves along a double stainless steel roller chain. Once the product is detected and correctly positioned, the pneumatic clamping system automatically activates the cutting process.

The machine includes an internal conveyor for collecting the cut hocks, with front or side discharge according to the line configuration.

Its compact and enclosed design allows easy integration into cured ham deboning and processing lines, improving productivity and reducing manual handling.
