AUTOMATICHAM BAR CUTTING AND ROTATING LINE MOD. TME-ML500 / TME-ML1000 AND GAN-90

The TME-ML and GAN-90 automatic line is designed to integrate with automatic slicing lines, performing the longitudinal cutting of cured ham bars and positioning both halves for direct feeding into the slicer.

The system divides the ham bar into two equal halves and rotates them synchronously, positioning the cut surface upwards to ensure uniform and precise feeding.

Available for ham bars up to 500 mm or 800 mm in length, depending on the model, it helps optimise product yield and improve consistency throughout the slicing process.
