The FAJ-800 is designed for the automatic forming of hams after the salting stage, ensuring total uniformity between pieces and batches.
Due to the anatomical differences of hams, a forming stage is necessary to standardize the batches and ensure that all pieces obtain the same thickness, promoting uniform drying and a more homogeneous commercial presentation.
The automatic system eliminates manual handling of the product, optimizing the production process and reducing labor and processing time.
The ham is placed on a conveyor belt that transports it to the forming area, where three pneumatic pistons, activated by photocell detection, automatically form the piece.
