The ST700V10 brings together the advantages of the ST600V10 and presents additional unique properties. A pioneer in its time, this machine can be disassembled quickly and easily without the use of any tools. It opens easily and its components can be removed and placed on an optional trolley. This design facilitates access to the machine and speeds up the cleaning process significantly. In addition, it is possible to adjust the machine's settings easily, moving the handles to the sides to achieve uniform and deep skinning at any stage of production, giving it great versatility and making it ideal for salmon processing.

It can be used to peel:

  • Certain whole flatfish
  • Deep and regular skinning of various fillets
  • Smoked, thawed and fresh fillets
  • Portions
  • Small, medium and large fillets
  • Eel
