The continuous lard application line for hams and shoulders is the solution for this phase of production. The melted lard spraying system by means of a spray gun together with the conveyor with independent cleaning equipment and a whole set of lard treatment through the pneumatic pump, circuits and specific filters allow a homogeneous and perfect application of lard. Equipped with precise safety measures, the temperature control and heating system ensure a finished product with an excellent appearance.

Our system is composed of a painting spray section and a lard tank. The ham is transported by a special stainless steel chain. This conveyor has a specific self-cleaning system. It then passes to the larding area, composed of an extractor and strategically positioned guns to ensure uniform larding. After detecting the ham by means of a photocell, the spray guns are activated for larding "painting".
