The AMLL-600 automatic lard applicator is designed for the continuous and uniform coating of hams and shoulders in high-demand production lines.
The recirculating lard spraying system, combined with specific filtering circuits and thermal control, guarantees homogeneous coating and excellent final product presentation.
The line incorporates a redundant alternating pumping system, as well as a steam-water or electric heating system for both the tank and the lard circuit, ensuring constant temperature and reliable operation throughout the entire process.
The ham moves along a stainless steel conveyor chain to the application area, where a hood prepared for extraction connection and a set of strategically positioned sprayers ensure uniform coating over the entire surface of the product.
The unit incorporates a removable conveyor with transport trolley to facilitate cleaning and hygiene operations, as well as speed regulation and multiple control and safety systems.
