The continuous lard application line for hams and shoulders is the ideal solution for this phase of production. The melted lard spraying system using a gun, together with the conveyor equipped with an independent cleaning system and a complete set of lard treatment through a pneumatic pump, circuits and specific filters, allow for homogeneous and perfect larding. Equipped with precise safety measures, temperature control and a heating system, it ensures a finished product with an unbeatable appearance.

Our system is made up of a painting spray section and a lard tank. The ham is transported by a special stainless steel chain, which has a specific self-cleaning system. It then passes to the larding area, which is equipped with an extractor and strategically positioned guns to ensure uniform larding. After detection of the ham by photocell, the larding guns are activated.
