AUTOMATIC PRESS FOR BONELESS HAM MOD. PA

The PA automatic press is designed for shaping cured hams and shoulders after deboning, ensuring uniform compaction and a homogeneous product presentation.

Its cyclic massaging and pressing system progressively distributes pressure throughout the piece, improving format stability and facilitating subsequent processes such as slicing.

The line incorporates an automatic extraction and unloading system by conveyor belt, allowing the press to be connected with other production processes.

The heads are equipped with open-type moulds, machined stainless steel cases and high-resistance machined plastic formats. The tool-free interchangeable mould system allows quick format changes and provides high production flexibility.
