AUTOMATIC PRESS FOR BONELESS HAM MOD. PA-2, PA-3, PA-4, PA-5 AND PA-6
After boning a cured ham or shoulder, it is necessary to shape the piece. Our exclusive pressing system performs a cyclical massage and pressing, essential to achieve a better product, providing a homogeneous presentation and finish. Our range of automatic presses incorporates an automatic unloading system, allowing the parts to be ejected via a conveyor belt to connect with other processes. The heads contain open-type molds, with machined stainless steel boxes and machined plastic formats, guaranteeing robustness and long lasting. The heads contain molds with stainless steel cases and machined plastic formats, robust and long-lasting. The system of interchangeable molds for different formats, without the need for tools, provides great ease in changing formats, as well as great flexibility.
Once boned, the ham is placed in the press mold. By simultaneously pressing two pushbuttons, through hydraulic operation, the cylinders are activated: the rear one, which closes the mold, and the upper one, which carries the countermold. This compresses the ham in sequential pressure and stop cycles, allowing uniform compaction by distributing the work of successive pressing throughout the piece.
At the end of the process, a pneumatically actuated cylinder extracts the product out of the mold, which is collected by the conveyor belt that carries it from the press.
