Industries FAC, sponsor of the XII World Ham Congress in Zafra

At Industries FAC , we are proud to have been one more year sponsors of the 12th World Ham Congress , held in the city of Zafra.

This biennial event, recognized as one of the most important events in the ham sector, brought together hundreds of operators, producers, distributors and ham enthusiasts, all of them committed to the development and innovation of the industry.

Over several days, the congress offered an unbeatable space to analyse the main technological innovations, market trends and the challenges facing the sector. These sessions are key to keeping up to date on issues of sustainability, quality, traceability and process improvement, among other aspects that directly impact the future of ham.

From the perspective of Industries FAC, it was a unique opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to the industry, both in terms of sponsorship and active participation during the event.

Our manager and co-founder, Josep Castañer, was interviewed before the event, pointing out that “CMJ provides the opportunity to create synergies between operators in the sector with the intention of jointly improving”. This spirit of collaboration and innovation is something we share at Industries FAC and it drives us to actively participate in events like this one.

In addition to our collaboration as sponsors, several members of our sales team —Alfons Zambrano and José Quintana, sales representatives for the north, centre and south of Spain, and Silvia Castañer, head of communications and marketing, respectively from left to right— were present in Zafra, sharing our experience and solutions with other professionals in the sector. This interaction was enriching, as it allowed us to learn first-hand about the current needs of the sector and how our technologies can contribute to improving processes and maintaining the highest quality standards in ham production.

We would like to thank all the attendees, speakers and organisers for their efforts in making this edition of the World Ham Congress a memorable and productive event. At Industries FAC, we will continue to promote innovation and efficiency in the ham sector, moving forward together with all the actors in this chain in the creation of a prosperous and sustainable future for our industry.
