Industries FAC at FIC Guijuelo 2024

One more year, we have had the pleasure of participating in FIC Guijuelo, the reference fair for the meat industry.

Since 1988, we have been present at this fair, contributing our customized solutions to optimize each phase of the meat processes.

Among the equipment presented at our stand, the following stood out: PET-1R press for block pressing, specifically designed to maximize the yield in the slicing of hams, shoulders and other meat products. This press guarantees excellent uniformity and presentation of the final product, being ideal for increasing both productivity and the visual quality of each piece.

We also showcased our innovative boning stations, designed to facilitate the extraction of different bones (femoral, in open or closed finishes; bridge and scapula), minimising the physical effort of the operator. These machines optimise the workflow and guarantee an efficient and high-quality deboning process for cured ham.

As representatives in Spain of the FAC, Food Technology brands -Nieros, Henkovac, Verinox and Steen-, we also presented the URK model of a Nieros hygiene station, which meets the most rigorous hygiene standards, and the mobile vacuum packing machine M6 from Henkovac. This versatile packaging machine allows for optimal conservation of products, preserving their freshness and food safety.

Our participation in FIC Guijuelo has been very enriching, and we are proud to have contributed to the exchange of ideas and the technological growth of the sector. We thank all the attendees for coming to our stand and those who showed interest in our solutions.
