2D RECTANGULAR FORMAT PRESS FOR BONELESS HAM MOD. PR-1 AND PR-2

The PR press is designed for the final shaping of cured hams and shoulders after deboning, allowing a precise and homogeneous rectangular format to be obtained.

Its cyclic massaging and pressing system with double cylinder distributes pressure evenly throughout the entire piece, improving compaction and format stability.

This process helps reduce waste generated during slicing and improves the final presentation of the sliced product.

The machine includes interchangeable rectangular moulds, hydraulic operation and a safety system with photoelectric barrier, offering flexibility, precision and safety during the process.
