Manual lard applicator

The MANFAC-1 manual lard applicator is designed for applying lard and other coatings to hams, shoulders, and sausages during the final stages of the curing process.

Applying shortening helps reduce the proliferation of mites, minimize excessive drying of the product, prevent mold growth, and improve the final appearance through a uniform and shiny finish.

The equipment incorporates a heated system with temperature regulation and an agitator integrated into the tank, guaranteeing a homogeneous and constant butter throughout the application process.

The spraying is done using an applicator gun, allowing a uniform layer to be distributed over the entire surface of the product.

Thanks to its built-in compressor and mobile structure with wheels, the MANFAC-1 can work autonomously in any production area without the need for connection to external air sources.
