3D RECTANGULAR FORMAT PRESS MOD. PRT-1 AND PRT-2

The PRT press is designed for shaping cured hams and other meat products, whether fresh, semi-frozen or frozen, allowing a uniform and stable rectangular format to be obtained.

Its cyclic massaging and pressing system works in three dimensions, distributing pressure evenly throughout the entire piece and improving product compaction.

This process helps minimise slicing waste and provides a more regular and homogeneous final presentation.

The machine incorporates interchangeable rectangular moulds, hydraulic operation, integrated oil cooler and safety system with photoelectric barrier, offering precision, flexibility and safety during the process.
