The JUNIOR oven offers great versatility in performing a variety of heat treatments, including dry cooking, drying, roasting, smoking and steaming.

These universal ovens are carefully insulated with a high thermal efficiency expanded material. They feature an AISI 304 stainless steel sheet lining, with an attractive damask and satin finish. The remarkable uniformity and fast heating capacity, reaching up to 180°C, are distinctive features of the JUNIOR oven. This performance is guaranteed thanks to the stainless steel rotors and special shielded electric heating elements. In addition, the oven is equipped with an autonomous steam production system.

The control panel, with an integrated microprocessor, is an advanced technological instrument, easy and safe to handle. Its key features include indicators for operating time and temperature, display of the current phase number, status of metal closures, controls for adjusting ventilation, configuration of phase change, programming of pauses and delayed start, as well as storage of current values and functions.
