AUTOMATIC HAM HOCK CUTTING MACHINE MOD. CCA-J1 CEXT
The CCA-J1 CEXT automatic ham hock cutting machine has been designed to optimise one of the key operations in cured ham processing: hock cutting prior to deboning.
The machine performs the cutting process automatically and continuously, improving operator safety, process consistency and overall productivity compared to traditional manual systems.
The ham is conveyed by a double stainless steel roller chain. A detection system positions the product and activates a pneumatic clamping system, allowing the cutting saw, fitted with a stainless steel disc, to operate in a precise, safe and controlled manner.
The machine includes an internal conveyor for collecting the cut hocks, with front or side discharge depending on the selected configuration. Its compact, single-block design allows easy integration into existing processing lines.
