STORAGE RACK FOR THE STABILIZATION OF HAMS AND SHOULDERS IN MOULDS MOD. SPM

The SPM storage racks are designed for the storage and stabilization of hams and shoulders pressed in moulds during the resting and cooling stages.

Manufactured entirely in AISI-304 stainless steel, they provide a robust and safe structure for the storage and handling of 500 mm and 900 mm moulds, facilitating transport by pallet truck and seamless integration into the production flow.

Available in versions with 40 or 60 positions for 900 mm moulds, they can store up to 80 or 120 moulds of 500 mm, optimizing the available space and adapting to each customer's production requirements.

To complete the mould pressing system, we also offer dedicated storage racks for mould spacers and mould lids, keeping all components organised and readily available throughout the production process.
