The requirement to obtain totally uniform products is an essential commercial need. In the slicing of cured products such as hams and shoulders, it is of utmost importance to obtain a precise format in order to avoid as much as possible the waste generated in the slicer. Our exclusive pressing system in molds is essential to achieve the best result of the product, giving a homogeneous presentation and allowing to increase the slicing yields.

Once the pieces have been pressed and moulded in the moulds, they are stored on the racks for stabilization.
