The requirement to obtain totally uniform products is an essential commercial need. When slicing cured products such as hams and shoulders, it is of utmost importance to obtain a precise format to minimize to the maximum the losses generated in the slicer. Our exclusive mold pressing system is essential to achieve the best product results, providing a homogeneous presentation and allowing increased slicing yields.

Once the pieces have been pressed and moulded in the moulds, they are stored on the racks for stabilization.
