The machine performs an exhaustive brushing of the sausage bars, and can be supplied with or without an automatic system for lowering and ascending the bars for brushing. The possibility to adjust the brushes facilitates a totally uniform brushing, alllowing the brushing of sausages of different heights.

It includes nylon brushes equipped with a regulation system with separation between them, driven by an electric motor. In addition, it has a shower circuit with water inlet and control valve, an upper tilting door for cleaning and a lower drawer for collecting mildew. The pneumatic system for the descent and ascent of the bar includes a filter group, lubrication and air regulation. It can also be supplied with a waste removal system by means of an extractor.
