SAUSAGE BRUSHER WITH PNEUMATIC LIFTER MOD. CMBS-1200

The machine performs thorough brushing of sausage bars and can be supplied with or without an automatic lifting and lowering system for the bars. Thanks to the adjustable brushes, a uniform brushing result is achieved, allowing processing of sausages with different heights.

It is equipped with adjustable nylon brushes driven by an electric motor, and features a shower circuit with water inlet and control valve. It also includes a top tilting door for easy cleaning and a bottom drawer for mold collection. The pneumatic lifting and lowering system includes a filtering, lubrication, and air regulation unit.

Optionally, the machine can be supplied with a waste removal system via an extractor.
