The ST650 chicken breast skinner can optimize the process by removing skin from the breast and back, before bringing the front halves to a conical line for deboning. The machine is equipped with two separate, adjustable peeling units that allow practically any size of front halves to be effectively peeled at a speed reaching 70 pieces per minute. In both units, the skin is removed in one piece, leaving the breast membrane intact. The peeled product and the back and breast skins are removed separately using the integrated conveyor belts.
