MOULD WASHING MACHINE MOD. ECOLAV-M70

The ECOLAV-M70 mould washing machine is designed to ensure the hygiene standards required in ham and shoulder moulding processes, guaranteeing complete cleaning between production cycles.

Its high-pressure water washing system, with internal and external spray nozzles followed by a rinsing stage, ensures uniform cleaning of the moulds both inside and outside, eliminating any potential source of contamination.

The machine operates in-line, allowing automatic washing of moulds via a chain conveyor system, with a capacity of up to 2 moulds per cycle. It also includes the possibility of cleaning accessories such as lids and separators using a dedicated structure.

The system incorporates a pressurised washing circuit and an independent rinsing circuit, ensuring maximum efficiency at every stage of the process.
