This washer achieves the hygiene standards required to carry out new ham and shoulder pressing cycles in the mould. After each moulding cycle and before repeating the cycle, it is essential to clean and eliminate possible contamination sources between the different production lots. Our advanced pressurized water washing system with interior and exterior sprinklers and subsequent rinsing system ensures correct and uniform cleaning of the mould both inside and outside.

The machine is prepared to perform cleaning cycles for lids and closures, placed in a special structure. The machine allows you to wash moulds in cycles of 2 units at once. The equipment consists of a pressurized water circuit and a rinsing circuit. The transport of moulds is carried out automatically in double advance.
