DRYING AND SMOKING OVENS MOD. AF, AFC AND TAFL
The AF model food smoker and the TAFL tunnel are the professional choice for drying and smoking processes (combined with smoke generators), suitable for the processing of meats, speck, hams, sausages, cheeses and fish. These cells are highly adaptable and suitable for various food productions, guaranteeing a series of features focused on quality and energy efficiency:

They are divided in three models:
AF model: allows both hot (+35-60°C) and cold smoking and drying treatments. The equipment has been designed to operate in a continuous production cycle, 24 hours a day and with maximum reliability. To take full advantage of this productive feature, the cell is equipped with an electronic control panel for automatic operation of the oven. With this system, you can program your recipes and optimize production times.
AFC model: enables drying and smoking of food products at temperatures of 18-35°C and humidity of 60-90%. Air circulation can be either vertical or horizontal, with outside air renewal for recirculated drying and optimal cold smoking.
The AFC cells allow optimal cold smoking treatment (+15-30°C) with precise control of cooking temperature and humidity. It is complemented by a special monobloc stand-alone installation. On request, a heat recovery system can be integrated.
TAFL model: this band tunnel for smoking with liquid smoke consists of three working areas: surface drying, smoking by liquid nebulization and final fixation. It incorporates heat exchanger, forced ventilation, air expulsion, liquid smoke injection system and automatic band washing system.
The TAFL tunnel is equipped with a belt speed regulator that makes production versatile. This system, quick to install, adapts perfectly to any type of application, allows product weight losses to be reduced, modifies methods and reduces processing time, in addition to a wide choice of electronic control panels and management of process programs for more versatility.
