CONTINUOUS CURING AGENT DRUM MOD. NB-600

The NB-600 continuous curing agent drum is designed to apply and distribute curing agent evenly on hams and shoulders, ensuring consistent treatment across all pieces.

Its in-line operation automates a process that is traditionally carried out manually, reducing labour and processing time while improving product consistency and quality.

The system incorporates precise dosing of the curing agent at the drum inlet. Once inside, the rotating movement of the drum and the design of the internal blades allow the pieces to rotate gently on themselves, rubbing against the inner surface without impact between them.

This process ensures an even distribution of the curing agent over the entire surface of the product, leaving it ready for the next stages of the curing process.
