The ST832 chicken thigh kneecap deboner is an excellent solution for reducing labor costs associated with thigh boning. This innovative machine not only removes bone, but also removes cartilage simultaneously, eliminating the need for additional trimming after boning. While other machines require at least 2 operators to remove the cartilage, this machine does it without the need for additional personnel. With a single operator, it is possible to debone and remove cartilage from up to 38 thighs per minute.
